St. Patrick's Day
The typical symbols and traditions of St. Patrick's Day (listening to Irish Music, banishing snakes from Ireland and eating corn beef) aren't part of our St. Patty's Day rituals....however, dressing up in green and sporting shamrocks are a must!
I am a mommy to two sweet girls (ages 13 & 7), a Peds ER nurse and a wife of 17 years. In my spare time, I am a short order cook, maid, laundry mat, taxi driver and nurse-maid (to just name a few). I have always lived in the South. I grew up in a small town in North Georgia - Chickamauga and moved to the Atlanta area to attend Kennesaw State. I have 5 siblings ~ 4 living and one watching over all of us from Heaven above. I like all things Southern ~ antiques, monogrammed stuff and sweet tea! I love reality TV, the medical channel, playing tennis, Sonic cherry cokes w/ extra cherry syrup, People magazine, shopping, the colors pink and brown (am a Phi Mu), and spending time with my family. Our girls have one little furry creature, Lucy, that is the sole responsibility of their parents :).
